What Do We Do
That Makes Us Special?

We do random "spot checks". This is where we call on
clients in a random order to set up appointments for us to come out and
inspect the work the team has been doing. We generally bring at least one
of the team supervisors too. This way the supervisors have an opportunity
to view the job the way we view it. She may inspect homes from other teams
as well as her own. This allows them to compare their work with the work
of the other teams and they become more aware of the fact that other
supervisors will see the work of her team as well. This helps them take
pride in their work.
Supervisor's raises are based largely on the quality of work done for our
clients. They know we check on the jobs and we will not only base their
raises on the quality, but we will require any missed areas to be done
properly in the future. They never know which homes will be on the next
spot check list so they are on their toes at every home. It's
well worth the effort of the supervisor to check on her team's performance
and keep them on the right track too.

What If I Can't Be Home To Let
Them In?

We have a key system which has never failed! We take a
key for your home and label it with a simple color-coded tag and a number.
For example, your key may have a green 3 or a red 10 on it. If the key were
lost, anyone finding it would not find any other marks on the key or tag to
indicate what it is for. The key would be worthless to anyone who should
not have it. The morning of your cleaning, the key is issued to the
supervisor of your team. At the end of that day, all keys are returned to
us and kept in a locked box, in a locked desk. All coding information is
kept in a separate area of the office, also in a locked and secure location.

How Can I Set Up An Appointment
Or Obtain More Information?
Try our "callback
form" and we will call you as soon as possible.

If you would like to call us, weekdays between 9am and 1pm are the best hours to reach us.
If you get the answering machine, it means we are tied up and can't
get the phone just then. Please leave a message and one of us will call you
as soon as possible.
We are usually in the office by 8:00am, but that
first hour is generally very hectic. We have several teams in the office
gathering equipment, supplies and paperwork. Several people are talking at
once and it's virtually impossible to talk on the phone. Someone is often
in the office after 1 pm, but if there are errands to be run, we do them in
the afternoons when the phones are typically quiet. If you call when no one
is in, please leave a message and phone number where we can reach you
between 9:00am and 2:00pm. We return every message on our answering machine
every day. If we are not able to reach you personally, we will try every
day until we succeed.
WE HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON! |
