What Do We Do? We offer team cleaning, with our own equipment and products. You will not have to worry about having cleaning solutions or vacuum bags ready for us. However, if you prefer to provide specialty products or your own supplies, we will be glad to use them. Each crew has a working supervisor with them. All of our new employees spend a minimum of 1 full day working directly with our training person. The average new recruit spends 2-3 days directly with our trainer. And if necessary, more time is spent on training. Once our new teammate has been trained, she (or he) is placed on a team where the supervisor monitors their performance. We offer "Routine" cleaning and "Seasonal" (or "Spring" and "Fall") cleaning. Once we arrive the team splits the work into 4 main tasks:
Any areas with floors to be washed (other than the kitchen and bathroom floor) are washed by the duster or vacuumer, depending on the house. (The kitchen and bathroom floors are done by the teammate working in that area.) Floors are hand washed after they are vacuumed. Routine Cleaning:
Seasonal Cleaning:
We will write a work order for your home. Every home is unique and every client has his or her priorities and pet peeves, etc. The more you tell us, the better we can help you. Over the first few visits we will learn even more about what you want and we will work out a routine for your home. Upon arrival, the supervisor will assign specific areas or tasks to each person on the team, inform them of specific instructions or requests made by you, point out any priority areas, point out areas to stay clear of (if any), specialty products to be used (if any), and anything else specific to your home. The supervisor will answer any questions you may have with the exception of scheduling. All scheduling is handled by the office. The team supervisor will handle billing and payments, inspection of the work, and remind the team to turn off lights in finished areas. The supervisor will lock the door upon completion of the job unless you are at home or request to leave the door unlocked. For our clients protection as well as our own, we assure you we use clean cloths at each home. We will not clean any filthy homes and then come to you. It is our policy not to do areas or homes the supervisor deems unsafe or excessive in level of dirt. We won't handle or clean any animal or human waste, urine, vomit, blood, miscellaneous scum, mold, or mildew, personal hygiene items, bedding, trash, etc. Safety and hygiene are important to us. We offer Gift Certificates (great for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.).
